Service Providers

This page lists the third-party service providers that process personal data on behalf of Medtax Solutions Inc. in connection with the Certifitax platform, and the regions in which that processing takes place. It is referenced by Section X of our Data Privacy Policy and is updated when the list or the regions change.
Each provider processes personal data solely on our instructions, for the purpose of providing its service to us, and under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. None is permitted to access or use personal data for any purpose of its own.

Email delivery
Certificates and account notifications are sent through an email delivery service acting on our instruction. It handles the recipient's name and email address so the message can reach them, and nothing else.
Ask a question
The help chat is answered by Anthropic. What someone types in the chat is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer, and we keep the question, the answer and who asked, so we can make the help better.
Analytics and advertising
We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The platform sets only the cookies necessary for it to function, and we do not track users across other websites.
Processing outside the Philippines
Our hosting provider currently stores platform data in its Singapore region, so personal data processed through Certifitax is stored outside the Philippines. Medtax remains accountable for that data under the Data Privacy Act. The transfer is subject to contractual protections with the provider designed to ensure a comparable level of protection to that required under Philippine law, and the data is encrypted in transit and at rest. A data subject may contact our Data Protection Officer for further information about these safeguards.
Changes to this list
We update this page when we add or remove a service provider, or when the region in which data is processed changes. Questions about any provider listed here may be directed to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@certifi.tax.
