Guide
How Certifitax works.
A walk through Certifitax for the payors who issue BIR Form 2307, and for the payees who receive it.
Sign up and add your business
You sign up as yourself and confirm your email. Then you add your business, with its name, type, TIN, email and address, and the person who signs.
Add the people you pay
Add a payee one at a time, or add a whole list at once with Upload Excel. You can also let payees send you their own details.
Make a certificate
The 2307 Generator fills in your business and your payee, and you add what you paid. Then Save draft, Submit for approval, Approve, or Approve & send.
See where each one stands
Issued certificates shows everything from drafts to sent, and Reports gives you a quarter at a time as an Excel file.
Make your own account
You sign up yourself and confirm your email. Nobody can make an account for you, not a payor and not Certifitax.
Add your TIN
Onboarding asks for it, and you can skip that and add it later in Profile Info. A TIN that matches brings certificates straight to you.
Find your certificates
Everything sent to you is in Tax Forms, and your Home page shows the most recent ones.
Press Conforme
Signing says the details are correct. The BIR asks for your signature, so a certificate is finished once you have signed it.

There is more help inside Certifitax. How it works, in the menu, walks through your side of it one step at a time, and Ask a question answers from that same text whenever you need it.
